B2B Shipping Policy
Shipping arrangements are confirmed separately for each approved order. Products may be shipped to Indigo Origins for quality review and repacking or, when approved, shipped directly from an artisan or supplier to the Retail Partner.
Production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Timing may be affected by artisan capacity, material availability, quality-control findings, carrier schedules, customs processing and other circumstances outside Indigo Origins LLC’s reasonable control.
Freight quotes are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed. Final charges may reflect actual packaged weight, dimensions, destination, carrier rates, insurance, special handling, delivery appointments, address corrections or other shipment requirements.
Retail Partners must provide complete and accurate delivery information. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, storage, redelivery or missing import information are the Retail Partner’s responsibility.
Orders may be divided into partial shipments when products are completed at different times. Indigo Origins will obtain approval before using a partial shipment when it would materially increase the Retail Partner’s cost.
Unless different shipping terms are confirmed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to the Retail Partner when the carrier accepts the shipment. Shipping insurance may be arranged upon request at the Retail Partner’s expense.
For international shipments, the Retail Partner is the importer of record unless Indigo Origins agrees otherwise in writing. The Retail Partner is responsible for required import documentation, duties, tariffs, taxes, customs brokerage, inspections, storage and destination-country charges.
Indigo Origins will provide available commercial invoices, packing information and country-of-origin documentation reasonably required for customs processing. Customs classifications and duty estimates are provided in good faith but may be changed by customs authorities.
Retail Partners must inspect shipments promptly and report damage, shortages or discrepancies according to our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions.
